The simulation and experimental learning workshop includes team building activities are fun, engaging and memorable whilst also providing an opportunity to learn. The activities have been specifically designed to recreate problems commonly encountered at work such as; lack of clarity on objectives; ineffective communications; lack of mutual respect; and low levels of commitment to the team. LEARNING OUTCOMES
Enable team members to develop the skills required when working effectively with others. The large-scale components in the Simulation end Experimental learning workshop are engaging, tactile and generate powerful learning experiences.
This workshop consists of 16 experiential activities that encourage and support participants to explore, understand and develop a wide range of interpersonal and team skills.ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
