These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the End2End Supply Chain Consulting and Academy (“End2End”, “we”, “us” or “our”) website, learning resources, programmes, membership areas and digital services.

By registering, purchasing a programme or subscription, accessing the CSCP Support Vault, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

​

End2End provides professional supply chain education, learning support, consulting services and digital learning resources.

​

Our online learning services may include the CSCP Support Vault, study resources, practice questions, learning materials, facilitated sessions and other educational support made available through our website.

​

The specific services and resources available to you depend on the programme, product or Vault option you purchase.

​

2. Registration and Member Accounts

​

Certain services require you to create a member account.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate and current.

​

Your account is personal to you. Login credentials, learning resources and membership access may not be shared, transferred, resold or made available to another person.

​

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

​

3. CSCP Support Vault Access

​

Access to the CSCP Support Vault is provided according to the Vault option purchased.

​

Different Vault options may provide different levels of access to learning resources, practice questions, study support, facilitated sessions or other benefits.

​

The features and benefits included with each option will be displayed on the relevant programme or pricing page before purchase.

​

Payment must be successfully completed before paid Vault access is activated.

Access is linked to the registered member who purchased the applicable subscription or programme.

4. Pricing and Payment

​

Prices for paid programmes, subscriptions and Vault options are displayed on the relevant pages of our website.

​

The applicable price will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and payment service providers made available through our website.

​

Your purchase or subscription is not considered active until payment has been successfully processed.

​

Where applicable, taxes, transaction charges or other amounts will be displayed during the purchasing process.

​

5. Annual Subscriptions and Renewals

​

Where a Vault option or other service is offered as an annual subscription, the subscription is valid for the applicable annual subscription period.

​

Where automatic renewal applies, the subscription will renew for another annual period unless it is cancelled in accordance with the cancellation terms presented when purchasing the subscription.

​

Customers are responsible for keeping their payment and account information current.

​

Cancelling an annual subscription prevents future renewal but does not automatically result in a refund for the current subscription period.

​

6. Cancellation and Refunds

​

Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

​

Customers should review the Refund Policy before purchasing a programme, subscription or digital learning product.

​

Where a subscription is cancelled, access may continue until the end of the period already paid for, subject to the conditions applicable to the purchased service.

7. Digital Learning Materials

​

End2End learning materials are provided for the personal educational use of the registered learner.

​

Unless expressly authorised by End2End, users may not:

• copy or reproduce learning materials for distribution;

• share Vault content or login credentials with other people;

• upload End2End materials to other websites, platforms or shared repositories;

• sell, sublicense or commercially distribute End2End materials;

• systematically download, extract or reproduce substantial portions of the Vault; or

• remove End2End branding, copyright notices or other ownership information from learning materials.

8. Intellectual Property

​

Unless otherwise stated, the End2End website and End2End-created learning resources, graphics, study aids, presentations, question banks, explanatory materials, programme structures and other original content remain the intellectual property of End2End Supply Chain Consulting and Academy or the applicable rights holder.

​

Purchasing access gives you a limited right to use the applicable resources for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property to you.

​

Third-party names, trademarks, certification marks and copyrighted materials remain the property of their respective owners.

​

9. CSCP Learning Support

​

The CSCP Support Vault and associated End2End services are intended to support learners in their preparation and professional development.

​

Participation in an End2End programme, use of Vault resources or performance on practice questions does not guarantee success in any examination, certification assessment or professional outcome.

​

Learners remain responsible for their own preparation and examination performance.

​

10. Acceptable Use

​

You agree not to use the website, member areas or learning resources in a manner that:

• violates applicable law;

• infringes intellectual property rights;

• interferes with the security or operation of the website;

• attempts to obtain unauthorised access to restricted content;

• allows unauthorised persons to access paid resources; or

• uses End2End content for unauthorised commercial purposes.

11. Suspension or Termination of Access

​

End2End may suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, unauthorised sharing of accounts or materials, fraudulent activity,

non-payment, attempted circumvention of access controls or a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Where appropriate, we may contact the member before taking such action.

​

12. Availability of Online Services

​

We aim to keep our online services and learning resources available and functioning reliably.

​

However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical issues, security requirements, third-party services or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We may update, improve or reorganise learning resources and website functionality from time to time.

​

13. Third-Party Services

​

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as website hosting, payment processing, communication and other digital services.

​

Where you use a third-party service, its own applicable terms and privacy practices may also apply.

14. Privacy

​

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using our website and services, you acknowledge that information necessary to administer your account, process transactions and provide your purchased services may be processed for those purposes.

15. Limitation of Liability

We may update these Terms & Conditions when necessary to reflect changes to our services, website, programmes or applicable requirements.

The latest version will be published on our website with the applicable update date.

​

Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that a customer has under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection or other legal rights that may apply.
