Through interactive workshops, hands-on activities, and personal assessments, participants gain clarity and confidence to make informed career decisions. Module 1: Understanding Yourself (Personal Growth) Objective: Align strengths, interests, and values with career goals. Session 1: Self-Discovery Personality assessments (e.g., Myers-Briggs, DISC, Holland Code) Identifying values, passions, and interests Journaling for self-reflection Session 2: Strengths and Weaknesses Recognizing transferable skills Setting personal development goals Session 3: Building Confidence Overcoming self-doubt Communication and presentation skills Resilience and adaptability strategies Module 2: Exploring Career Options (Career Exploration) Objective: Provide tools to explore diverse career opportunities. Session 1: Career Landscapes Industry sectors, emerging trends, and growth opportunities Session 2: Researching Careers Using online tools for career research Basics of networking and shadowing opportunities Session 3: Career Matching Aligning interests with careers Creating a career exploration plan Group activity: career “speed dating” Module 3: Building Essential Skills (Skill Development) Objective: Equip participants with foundational skills for further education, employment, or entrepreneurship.
