Course Overview

The Demand Driven Leader (DDL) Program equips senior and mid-level operations and supply chain managers with the ability to design, implement and sustain a Demand Driven supply chain. The program spans Planning, Operations, Distribution and Finance.

DDMRP is a way to reduce lead time, absorb incredible amounts of supply chain variability and volatility, and improve return on capital employed all at the same time and all without compromise.

DDMRP is a formal planning and execution method which, by focusing on flow, is designed to provide benefits in:

  • Achievement of above 98% customer service levels
  • Revenue maximization
  • Inventory reduction of around 40%
  • Expense minimization
  • Cash flow improvement
